When booking a non-refundable booking fee will be required and then will be deducted off your final amount due to pay.
LASHES:
Eyelash extensions patch test are not mandatory - please read your forms carefully.
Please note that we DO NOT infill other people's work - removal is £10 for our work and £15 for another lash technicians work.
Please DO NOT wear any eye make up to your appointment to ensure long lasting lashes.
BROWS & LASH LIFTS:
Patch test is required 48 hours prior to all brow & lash lift treatments.
You are able to move your appointment 72 hours in advanced however this can only be done once, After this you will be required to make a new booking and your deposit will be lost.
If you arrive any later than 15 minutes to your appointment then your slot will be cancelled and you will be charge 100% of treatment cost.
